Catherine is Head of Personal Injury, Director and co-owner of Truth Legal. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Catherine has worked in the field of personal injury law since 2006 and over the past 3 years has developed an interest in clinical negligence. Catherine has acted for injured Claimants in a wide range of cases including accidents in the workplace, accidents in public places, accidents aboard aircrafts and road traffic accidents. In addition, Catherine has acted for Claimants in relation to clinical negligence claims including dental negligence. Catherine’s particular interest lies with claims arising from civil assaults at work including assaults to health care professionals, prison officers, retail staff and teachers.
