Before the Event Insurance (BTE)

Before the event (BTE) insurance is an insurance policy which is usually sold together with other insurance (for example, car insurance or house insurance). The insurance is intended to protect Claimants against potential litigation costs and if valid BTE is in place a Claimant will not need to enter into a conditional-fee agreement.
