Disclosure is the term given to the stage in litigation where each party is required to collect and review relevant documentation and state to the other party by way of a list the disclosable documents that exist or have existed. The other party has a right to inspect those documents subject to exceptions. Disclosure is governed by Part 31 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
