Harnit Bancil

Harnit is our Accounts Manager and joined Truth Legal in August 2021.

As a dynamic and results-driven Accounts manager, Harnit brings over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting sector.

In her day-to-day duties, Harnit oversees dealing with Legal cashier duties, payroll and assisting with HR duties.

Harnit also conducts reconciliations of clients/office bank accounts whilst managing the month and year-end procedures and produces dashboard reports for directors for monthly meetings.

Her expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality results has been honed through her experience in large, complex organisations. Harnit has excellent interpersonal skills strengthened through interacting with clients and through running a family pharmaceutical business in the past.

Harnit is a natural problem-solver who can work under tight deadlines, delivering accurate and timely financial information. Harnit is dedicated to ensuring the firm’s financial success and is confident in her ability to drive process improvement and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Harnit’s work ensures that Truth Legal’s accounting policies and internal central procedures are consistently applied to reported figures and are in compliance with the SRA rules.

Outside of work, Harnit enjoys going to the gym to keep fit and taking part in fund raising activities such as the annual Cancer Research 10km running event and other such charity events
