Navya provided excellent support with her sound knowledge and advice with an Employment Dispute. Not only did Nayva provide the legal advice, she also understand the emotional demands of going through this type of process.
Thanks to Navya and the team at Truth Legal I was able to settle on my case outside of an Employment Tribunal through ACAS Early Conciliation. The matter was resolved quickly and with appropriate award being achieved. I simply could not have done this had it not been for Navya and Truth Legal.
Not all lawyers are scumbags and not all heroes wear capes. My very old, very good friend Andrew Gray and his team at Truth Legal specialise in employment law with an ethical and moral core running through everything they do. After a difficult, lengthy, and painful situation for my family recently came to a head, they stepped in and fought hard for us, making a tangible important difference that gives us closure, peace of mind and security. I’m very, very grateful.
Resolved a matter for me, when I could not get help anywhere else apart from my Union solicitors who were not fit for purpose. The matter had to be a no-win no-fee and they agreed to this. The case was resolved to my satisfaction & discretion & empathy used by them throughout. Recommended. A+A+A+
I recently found myself in an unfortunate situation of needing some legal advice. John Tutill recommended your company. I had already spoken with a solicitor, who I did not find very helpful.
We had a relaxed telephone conversation, in which I was able to tell you the circumstances, at the end of the conversation you said Navya Shekhar was the Head of Employment with Truth legal, and the best person to deal with this.
I found Navya to be very friendly, yet still very professional. She talked me through my options, explaining the implications along the way.
Navya put my interests first and I know for a fact that without her acting for me the outcome would have cost me considerably more both financially and time wise.
It goes without saying that I will recommend your company whenever possible and would urge anyone to speak with you as soon as a problem arises. If I had this matter could have been nipped in the bud, saving me a lot of time, money and hassle.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Navya for helping me with my settlement agreement – she gave me good, sound practical advice in layman’s terms. She was thorough, efficient and very easy to work with. The costs were very fair and transparent in contrast to some big city firms. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone needing employment law advice.
As a result of my long period of absence from work due to cancer Andrew and Navya were insightful about potential options for returning to work, and the employment law aspects of any necessary adjustments to be made. Their friendly, professional manner made it easy to discuss sensitive issues and concerns, enabling a confident, favourable engagement with my employer which resulted in a mutually agreeable phased return to work.
I wholeheartedly recommend Truth Legal to anyone seeking advice.
