Tim Robinson is a litigation solicitor who started with Truth Legal in 2021, having moved north from St. Albans earlier in the year. Tim qualified in 1996 and for almost all his career has specialised in most aspects of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, industrial disease, claims against local authorities and individuals arising from slips and trips, assaults at work and holiday claims. He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and has Higher Courts right of audience.
Over the past four years Tim has also acquired extensive experience in contested probate litigation representing both claimants and defendants where a will or bequest is being challenged. He also has experience in boundary disputes, consumer problems, and in conducting professional and clinical negligence claims. Tim understands that people usually find it stressful to contemplate litigation, so he places a good working relationship with each of his clients at the forefront of things. This to ensure each client understands what is happening, their options and the path ahead, at all times. Thereby to ensure the process is as stress free as possible.
Outside work Tim lives with his wife Julie in Harrogate together with their dog Chester. He has two grown up daughters and one granddaughter; so far.
