Frequently Asked Questions
You used to provide free advice on the telephone and in person. Why do you now charge?Navya Shekhar2023-01-14T16:38:56+00:00
Because we have become so popular that our employment team have been giving away so much free legal advice that we have made a loss offering an employment law service.
Cuts to advice centres and the decimation of Legal Aid have meant that solicitors offering free advice have become overwhelmed with requests for free advice. We still offer brilliant, free advice on our websites, including free legal templates.
We are increasing the amount of free legal advice that we provide online – so we are still providing lots of free advice.
Do you only deal with employment law cases in England and Wales?Navya Shekhar2023-01-14T16:36:41+00:00
Yes. You will become a client of our firm, just like any other client. We will need a copy of your driving licence or passport which you can send to us via email. We will perform a check of who you are.
