£275,000 recovered after a serious slip at work

Khalid*, suffered a serious, life changing injury at work, as a result of a cleaner failing to warn him that the floor was wet and slippery, having just been mopped.

Khalid required surgery for a fractured ankle and suffered chronic pain and psychological injury of post-traumatic stress disorder and depression.
