£11,000 compensation for lady involved in slipping injury at supermarket

Ada* was visiting her local supermarket close to Christmas, when she suddenly slipped on a pile of icy snow piled close to the entrance by supermarket staff. She suffered a broken arm and had to be taken to hospital, abandoning her plans for the rest of the day.
