Olivia Pickering

Olivia began practising in immigration law in January 2019 after working in various other areas of law for 3 years prior.  Olivia has a large amount of experience in dealing with a range of immigration applications such as; partner visas both applying to enter the UK and remain in the UK, indefinite leave to remain applications, EU Settlement Scheme applications, naturalisation, British registration and visit visa applications.

Olivia also assists businesses with their immigration and overseas recruitment needs, including helping organisations to apply for and manage a sponsor licence. She also assists businesses with sponsor licence compliance and audits.

Olivia is currently studying the final year of a Bachelor of Laws degree with honours and then moving onto the Solicitors Qualifying Exams route to qualification.
